Blue smokey - Glowy Eyes

For this look I used 3 different shades. For the "glowy" effect I used a very bright blue around all the eye blending it into the other colors. You can do this look with any other color you want. Just use 3 shades of it - light, dark, and bright.
Usually, blue color is not very flattering for green eyes. so I don't use it very often.. Although this was kind of fun.
